Bored? Not Anymore! These are some best TV Shows for binge-watching. The greatest TV shows in the world are ranked here as a sort of TV guide for a seasons marathon. You can binge-watch past seasons of programs currently airing to catch up to speed. Binge-watching is my favourite thing to do as I can watch entire show without the wait between seasons. Binge-watching is the way all cool kids watch TV these days (not implying I am cool but if you think so I don’t mind at all!). These are some of the shows I recommend the most and love the most. From action thriller to comedy romance these are the series you can binge watch this year. The shows to marathon and will keep you clicking episodes after episodes.

  • Lucifer - Lucifer (Tom Ellis), an angel cast out of Heaven and condemned to rule Hell, has decided to take a vacation and in Lucifer, he's using that vacation to work as a civilian consultant to the LAPD — which is, I begrudgingly admit, better than that time that Death took a holiday and even though he looked like Brad Pitt, he spent three hours sampling peanut butter. Adapted by Tom Kapinos from a Vertigo comic series in which Old Scratch similarly owns and operates a bar but doesn't also solve mortal crimes, Lucifer arrives with all of the superficial flash you'd expect from a Len Wiseman-directed pilot. But after falling into the Fox "quirky civilian contractor(s) aid law enforcement" rut, this new drama doesn't begin to show sparks of interest until at least the fifth episode.

  • Narcos -Netflix chronicles the rise of the cocaine trade in Colombia and the gripping real-life stories of drug kingpins of the late '80s in this raw, gritty original series. Also detailed are the actions taken by law enforcement as they battle in the war on drugs, targeting notorious and powerful figures that include drug lord Pablo Escobar. As efforts are made to control cocaine, one of the world's most valuable commodities, the many entities involved -- legal, political, police, military and civilian -- find themselves in conflict.

  • Stranger Things - A love letter to the '80s classics that captivated a generation, Stranger Things is set in 1983 Indiana, where a young boy vanishes into thin air. As friends, family and local police search for answers, they are drawn into an extraordinary mystery involving top-secret government experiments, terrifying supernatural forces and one very strange little girl.

  • Peaky Blinders - Set in 1919, ambitious Birmingham gang leader Tommy Shelby (Cillian Murphy) finds his crew has come under the scrutiny of Belfast detective Chester Campbell (Sam Neill), who has been sent to clean up the city of crime in this imported BBC2 drama.

  • The Crown - Based on an award-winning play ("The Audience") by showrunner Peter Morgan, this lavish, Netflix-original drama chronicles the life of Queen Elizabeth II (Claire Foy) from the 1940s to modern times. The series begins with an inside look at the early reign of the queen, who ascended the throne at age 25 after the death of her father, King George VI. As the decades pass, personal intrigues, romances, and political rivalries are revealed that played a big role in events that shaped the later years of the 20th century.

  • Salvation - Salvation is a suspense thriller that centers on a staggering discovery: an enormous asteroid is just six months away from colliding with Earth. Without alerting the public, MIT grad student Liam Cole and tech billionaire Darius Tanz team up to save humanity from this impending apocalypse. Keeping it secret will complicate life for Liam and those closest to him. Meanwhile, the government has its own approach. Grace Barrows is both the Pentagon Press Secretary and a single mom, and she deftly navigates the complicated waters of both jobs. Deputy Secretary of Defense Harris Edwards has been tasked with running their own top-secret plan to deflect the asteroid. Meanwhile, Darius recruits an aspiring sci-fi writer, Jillian, to work on a theoretical approach to saving humanity—a project that might prove to be all too real. Salvation stars Santiago Cabrera, Jennifer Finnigan, Charlie Rowe, Jacqueline Byers, Rachel Drance, Shazi Raja, and Ian Anthony Dale.

  • Legion - David Haller is a troubled young man who was diagnosed with schizophrenia as a child. Shuffled from one psychiatric institution to the next, in his early 30s, David met and fell in love with a beautiful and troubled fellow patient named Syd. After a startling encounter with her, he was forced to confront the shocking possibility that the voices he hears and the visions he sees may actually be real. Syd led David to Melanie Bird, a demanding but nurturing therapist who heads a team of specialists -- Ptonomy, Kerry, and Cary -- each of whom possesses a unique and extraordinary gift. Together, they helped David to recognize and harness his hidden abilities and unlock a deeply suppressed truth -- he had been haunted his entire life by a malicious parasite of unimaginable power.

  • Altered Carbon - More than 300 years in the future, society has been transformed by new technology, leading to human bodies being interchangeable and death no longer being permanent. Takeshi Kovacs is the only surviving soldier of a group of elite interstellar warriors who were defeated in an uprising against the new world order. His mind was imprisoned for centuries until impossibly wealthy businessman Laurens Bancroft offers him the chance to live again. Kovacs will have to do something for Bancroft, though, if he wants to be resurrected. Bancroft's request of Kovacs is to solve a murder -- Bancroft's. "Altered Carbon" is based on Richard K. Morgan's cyberpunk noir novel of the same name.

  • The 100 - The 100 is an American post-apocalyptic science fiction drama television series that premiered on March 19, 2014, on The CW. The series, developed by Jason Rothenberg, is loosely based on the novel series of the same name by Kass Morgan. The series follows a group of post-apocalyptic survivors, chiefly a group of adolescents, including Clarke Griffin, Bellamy Blake, Octavia Blake, Jasper Jordan, Monty Green, Raven Reyes, Finn Collins, John Murphy, and Wells Jaha. They are among the first people from a space habitat, "The Ark", to return to Earth after a devastating nuclear apocalypse. Other lead characters include Dr. Abby Griffin, Clarke's mother; Marcus Kane, a council member on the Ark; and Thelonious Jaha, the Chancellor of the Ark and Wells's father. After nuclear war destroys Earth, humanity has been reduced to the 4,000 survivors inhabiting 12 international space stations. Generations later, in need of a new home, a doomed mission of 100 juvenile prisoners is vanquished to Earth to see if the planet can sustain life, but they quickly discover that they are not alone.

  • Westworld - In a futuristic Western-themed amusement park, Westworld, the visitors interact with automatons. However, all hell breaks loose when the automatons begin malfunctioning. With an impressive level of quality that honors its source material, the brilliantly addictive Westworld balances intelligent, enthralling drama against outright insanity. Westworld is an American science fiction western television series created by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. Produced by HBO, it is based on the 1973 film of the same name and to a lesser extent its 1976 sequel, Futureworld. The story takes place in Westworld, a fictional, technologically advanced Wild-West-themed amusement park populated by android "hosts". The park caters to high-paying "guests" who may indulge their wildest fantasies within the park without fear of retaliation from the hosts, who are prevented by their programming from harming humans.
